SALARY: $130,000 - $150,000 per annum
The Role:
Canoe is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the execution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring our product positioning is effectively communicated across all channels. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales and Client Success, ensuring that every touchpoint is professional, brand-aligned, and centered on the needs of our clients.
We are looking for a professional who is AI-first, someone who confidently applies AI tools to streamline research, structure complex project plans, and accelerate the delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
What You’ll Do:
GTM Execution: Lead the development and rollout of communication plans for new products and enhancements. Your goal is to educate existing clients on new value while creating materials that attract and engage prospects.
In-App Engagement: Own the setup and management of in-app walkthroughs, pop-ups, and NPS surveys using Pendo. You will also build interactive demos in Walnut to showcase the platform’s capabilities.
Sales & Revenue Enablement: Maintain and distribute a library of high-quality collateral, including brochures, battlecards, and product stats. You will ensure these assets are easily accessible and utilized within HighSpot, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
Client Documentation: Manage the Zendesk Knowledge Base and release notes process. You will ensure that all technical updates are translated into clear, client-first language that highlights the practical benefits of the enhancement.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with Product Managers and Relationship Managers to ensure internal teams are fully enabled and aligned on the "why" behind every update.
Strategic Input: Use your knowledge of the Fintech and Alts industries to provide expert context for website updates, white papers, and other marketing content.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing within Fintech or Financial Services. Knowledge of the Alternative Investments landscape is a significant advantage.
Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with Product, Relationship Management, and Sales teams to ensure seamless internal alignment and execution.
Proficiency in Pendo, Walnut, and Zendesk is required. You should also be highly knowledgeable in using HubSpot, Salesforce, and HighSpot to manage leads and enablement content.
A straightforward, effective communicator who can turn technical product specs into clear, benefit-driven copy.
An AI-first mindset. You should be comfortable using LLMs and other AI tools to increase your output and improve the quality of your project planning and research.
